The Outdoor Aerobics Marathon is a cocktail of aerobic sessions usually held on the last Friday of every quarter.
Though admittance is granted to the general public, Aerobics Marathon is designed as a unique and effective workout session for workers.
The class is intended to improve their mental alertness and fitness thus improving productivity.
The session would also offer those who have not been consistent in their workout the opportunity to start again.
