The Black Sharks were beaten 9-4 by Madagascar in the opening Group B match of the 2015 CAF Beach Soccer Championships in Seychelles.

The Black Sharks were hoping to start the competition on a very good note get themselves into contention for a place in the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup later in the year in Portugal and they got a good start from Adjei who scored in the 4th minute.

The Black Sharks went up by two goals but Madagascar came back to lead 3-2 thanks to a hat-trick from Toki.

Ghana pulled it back to 3-3 with a goal from Sema.

Unfortunately, the opponents found three more goals to make it 6-3 and not even a goal from Kofi of the Black Sharks could spark a revival for the Ghanaians.

Madagascar found their last three goals through Toki, who bagged four on the day, Ymelda and Flavien.
