Uganda head coach, Milutin ‘Michu’ Sredojevic, has described his team’s opening match against Ghana in the 2017 AFCON as one that was decided before time.

Uganda and Ghana are in the same 2018 World Cup qualifying group and the Cranes of Uganda have already held the Black Stars to a goalless draw in the first match of the series.

Michu guided his men to that draw and it seems he really enjoys playing against Ghana who has not lost to in 3 matches.

When the group draw was done, he took to Twitter to state his delight at prospect of facing Ghana again. He tweeted that the match was written in the stars.

Ghana will face Uganda in the group opener of the 2017 AFCON on January 17, 2017 in Port Gentil’s Stade d’Angondji.
