Deputy head coach of the Black Stars, Maxwell Konadu has called on fans and the national team to keep their attention on next month’s World Cup 2018 qualifier against Egypt rather than the AFCON in January next year.
The Black Stars will head to Alexandria to face the Pharaohs of Egypt in round two of the qualifiers in November but it seems a lot of talk is being generated towards the Ghana-Egypt tie in the AFCON.
Konadu, however, believes, via a tweet he put out after the draw, that all efforts should be made towards the impending tie in Egypt rather.
Forget about afcon draw now n think bout the game in Alexandria against Egypt ?? stay focus.
