Reports claim that Inter will call former boss Jose Mourinho over players surplus to requirements at Manchester United.

The Portuguese Coach is expected to have a clear-out in January after a return of just five wins in his opening 11 games for the Red Devils.

Those players said to be heading for the exit are Matteo Darmian, Chris Smalling, and Daley Blind, and according to Corriere dello Sport, Inter will make contact with their former Coach to enquire about their availability.

Newly appointed Nerazzurri boss Stefano Pioli is said to have funds to spend in the forthcoming transfer window and will also enquire about highly-rated 22-year-old Memphis Depay, who has been subject to exit rumours from the Manchester club.
