This April Ghana’s premium sports destination Kwesé Free Sports will premiere three new local productions Head Start, Home Run, and a revamped Kwesé Sports Xtra. With Courtside and Football 360 already on air, the addition of these shows brings the number of locally produced Kwesé Free Sports shows to five.
Monday April 3, will see the premiere of a new morning show Head Start which will be hosted by radio and TV personality, Caroline Sampson. Focused on health and fitness, Head Start will not only entertain the viewer, but also inform and educate on health and lifestyle-related topics. Head Start will broadcast live Monday to Friday at 07h00 with dedicated daily themes.
Home Run, premieres the following week on April 10 and will air from Monday to Friday at 8:00pm. The show sees the return of popular TV presenter Kokui Selormey Hanson from her short hiatus.
She will team up with sports media personality, Yaw Ampofo-Ankrah to host the evening entertainment sports show. Home Run will primarily discuss the latest news and previews of major sport games and events from the previous weekend and the sports highlights of the week ahead.
The live show will also include sports quizzes, game score predictions, and more. Kokui, who is an ardent Arsenal supporter, will blend her eloquence and fantastic interviewing skills with Yaw’s vast experience and in-depth knowledge in the world of sports.

Meanwhile, Kwesé Free Sports has announced the return of Sports Xtra, which will now be known as Kwesé Sports Xtra and aired from Monday to Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
