President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi believes the second coming of Kwesi Appiah will be an improvement on his first stint with the Black Stars.
Appiah beat off competition from Hugo Broos and French man Willy Sagnol to become Avram Grant’s successor.
He is excepted to meet with officials of the FA to discuss a number of key issues which include his contract and the composition of his backroom staff.
The FA President believes the time spent away from the Black Stars has offered Appiah the opportunity to refine his craft.
“We are all human and no one is perfect and so in the course of his work during his first tenure as coach he may have made one or two mistakes.
“I believe that we all improve with time and with the benefit of the experience that he has gained since 2014.
“He is a better person now and I believe that he will do a better job now than in his last time in charge,”he stated.
Kwesi Appiah is expected to officially begin work on May 1.
