Black Stars and West Ham forward, Andre Ayew, believes that the club has endured a tough season but winning of final day against Burnley was a good way to sign off.

Ayew and the Hammers could not qualify for the Europa League after failing to replicate their good from last season.

But they managed a final day 2-1 win on the road with Ayew and Sofiane Feghouli scoring for the Hammers after they conceded a goal from Sam Vokes.

The Black Stars player says that they are looking forward to a better campaign at the Queen’s Stadium.

“We are happy to get the three points to finish on a good point. It was good and we will go on holiday now, have a rest and prepare for next season.

Ayew scored his 6th of the season on the day and he was happy with the strike especially after he missed a very good chance against Liverpool from Week 37.

“It is true that I was at the right place at the right time. I had a similar chance the other day but I did not score that. There is no easy goal but I am happy to score. We got the win and we have to keep going for next season.”
