Ghana and FC Zurich striker Raphael Dwamena has been given the green light by Swizz medical officials to return to active participation for the side following a series of tests in relation to a heart condition discovered during his medical with Brighton and Hove Albion.
The striker’s move to the English Premier League side fell through as a result of the condition.
He picked up his tests results today and will be available for selection when Zurich play on Monday.
He is expected to play with a heart reading chip that has been implanted into his chest for a couple of weeks he told Ghanafans.com.
“Glory to God I just stepped out from the Hospital, Everything went well and I will start playing God willing on Monday. The Doctor said one thing that ‘I have seen the description of band which shows your Belief in God’, I’m also a believer and as a doctor, there is NOTHING I can do to save life, at the end , God decides”
He is expected to refrain from any form of heavy activity until he is ready to play on matchday.
“Am supposed to rest for two days without doing nothing. The heat chip reading chip has been implanted around my chest, I will play with it for some weeks and they will take it out. God is good and He holds our future’- Raphael explained
“I believe God is not done with me yet in Switzerland and can’t wait to be on a great stage again to represent.”he revealed.
