Wa All Stars will not stop captain Hafiz Adams from joining champions Aduana Stars if the club receives a good offer and the player is willing to move according to club Chief Executive Oduro Nyarko.
Captain Hafiz has been an instrumental figure in the Wa All Stars team, leading them to a first premier league title in 2016.
But a after flat season last year where All Stars only managed a 6th place finish, there’s talk the 26 year old right back could join Premier League heavyweights, Aduana Stars, who are looking to reinforce their squad ahead of the CAF Champions League campaign next year.
“If the player wants to go and the money is right, why not. If Aduana are prepared to pay good money for him, we will let him go. He’s a gem but there’s no point in keeping a player if he wants to go,” Oduro Nyarko said.
Aduana Stars have already signed left back Justice Anane from Medeama and tied midfielder Elvis Opoku to a long term contract as they begin to put a strong team together for their African campaign.
