English Premier league side Swansea City have once again expressed interest in Barnsley defender Andy Yiadom.
According to reports from Wales Online, the 26-year old full back has been lined up along with Fulham’s Ryan Fredericks by Swansea manager Carlos Carvalhal as possible targets this January.
Yiadom, who plays for English Championship side Barnsley, was strongly linked in the summer with a move to the Swans, who are desperately in need of cover at right fullback due to the inconsistency of Kyle Naughton and the tired legs of veteran Angel Rangel.
Swansea are expected to table a bid around £2m for the defender the coming days.
Huddersfield and Middlesbrough have also been linked with a move for the Yiadom who has been in fine form for Barnsley this season.
The former Barnet man has provided 2 assists in his 14 appearances this season.
Yiadom was part of the Black Stars squad at the 2017 AFCON in Gabon and made his debut in the final group game against Egypt.
