West Ham United forward Andre Ayew is reportedly inching closer to a move back to his former side Swansea City.
The 28 year old has failed to reproduce the form he showed at the Welsh side since making his £20.5m move to West Ham in 2016 and has fallen out of favour with the Hammer faithful, with the London side expressing their readiness to sell him at the right price.
New Swansea boss Carlos Carvahal is reportedly in the hunt for a new forward and has identified the Ghanaian as his number one target.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, West Ham and Swansea are in advanced talks concerning the transfer and are very close to agreeing a fee for the goal poacher.
Ayew scored 12 goals in 34 games for Swansea during his time with the Swans, and the move will see Andre reunited with his brother Jordan, at Swansea.
