Management of Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies, have confirmed that the team will be playing next season’s Ghana Premier League home games at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This is the third time in three seasons that the team is changing home grounds, after moving from the Tema Sports Stadium to El-Wak Sports Stadium last season, citing excessive travel costs as their reason.
Citi Sports checks have revealed that the club’s management was not happy with the extreme pressure on the El-Wak pitch, which resulted in its poor quality throughout last season’ campaign.
Inter Allies won 10 out of their 15 games at the El-Wak Stadium last season.
The Tema based side will kick off next season’s campaign against Bechem United at their new home grounds, with new Head Coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi at the helm.
