Newcastle emerge favorites to sign Boakye-Yiadom

English Premier League side Newcastle United have now emerged as favorites to sign Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom from Red Star Belgrade.

Footballmdeinghana reports that Boakye, 25, has already asked his representatives to accept the 6 million pounds bid from the Upon Tyne side.

Red Star were reportedly asking for around 8 million pounds.

Boakye has scored 23 goals in 28 appearances for the Serbian Reds this season and was named the clubs player of the year 2017.
